I have a Microsoft Natural Keyboard Pro. When I connect it via the PS/2
keyboard port, the extra row of multimedia and Internet keys work
properly. I can, for example, use "xev" or "showkey -s" and see the key
press and release events.

However, when I connect the same keyboard to the same machine using USB,
these extra keys become silent. "xev" doesn't see a thing, and "showkey
-s" in the console is silent as well. :-(

All other keys work fine under USB, including the Windows logo keys.
Only the extra multimedia & Internet keys vanish.

Looking through the working devices database,
<http://www.qbik.ch/usb/devices/showdv.php3?id=808> seems to describe a
similar problem. But
<http://www.qbik.ch/usb/devices/showdv.php3?id=132> claims that those
extra keys *do* work.

I'm using kernel 2.4.9, as patched and prebuilt by Red Hat for Red Hat
Linux 7.2. Output of /proc/bus/usb/devices is attached below.

Any suggestions?
