-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi all,
I own a Fujitsu MemoryBird usb removable HD. I've been trying to set it up under linux, and although the mass storage driver seems to work OK, I get pretty bad transfer rates compared with windows (~15 KB/s write, ~60 KB/s read). I've tried several things, like mounting with -o sync, several filesystems, kernel configuration, etc.. without success Anyone here has had similar experiences, or knows what the problem could be? Thanks a lot Pedro P.S.: Please, CC your replies to my email, since I'm not subscribed to this list - -- /* * Pedro Diaz Jimenez * * [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED], * http://acm.asoc.fi.upm.es/~pdiaz * * GPG KeyID: E118C651 * Fingerprint: 1FD9 163B 649C DDDC 422D 5E82 9EEE 777D E118 C65 * */ - -- "Research is what I'm doing when I don't know what I'm doing.
