O, yes...I generated the oops with the same kernel.....
By the way, I've been copied the source form kernel 2.4.12 to 2.4.10...
And the CU-68R will works well....That's so funny..
But I don't know  is it correct way to solve this problem ...
The detail is as below.
    cp -rf linux-2.4.12/drivers/media/video linux-2.4.10/drivers/media/video
    cp -rf linux-2.4.12/drivers/usb linux-2.4.10/drivers/usb
    cp -r linux-2.4.12/include/linux/usb.h linux-2.4.10/include/linux/usb.h
    and then rebuid kernel...... reboot....
    enter new 2.4.10 kernel..... test the CU-68R...the result is "PASS"...
I think this is a stupid way to solve this ,and I have no confidence to show
I am correct...
