Can you give me the output from /proc/interrupts after you load the uhci
module and try plugging in a device? It shounds like you may have an
interrupt routing problem.
Erk, I forgot to mention that in my email, uhci gets incr'ed to 1 or 2, I have seen to as much as 5 after module loading, but upon plugging in a device interrupt count doesn't change.
