Hi,

after access to floppies using the USB drive belonging to my Toshiba
SatellitePro 6000 is working quite comfortable, I ran into the problem
of low-level formatting a floppy.

I already made some experiments with fdformat and even sformat on the
SCSI devices referring to the USB drive, but the first complains about
non-fd devices, the 2nd just freezes the whole system.

Are there any success stories about formatting a floppy in a USB drive?

Thanks
