Absolutely.  I bought it a couple of years ago, so it may well be that
no one makes them any more.  This laptop will NOT take a CardBus
card.  When I ordered my 10/100 Ethernet card, I mistakenly ordered
the CardBus version and had to exchange it for a Type II card.
CardBus cards just don't fit in these slots.

I'm rebuilding the kernel to make USB a module instead of built-in in
the hopes that this will help.  I'm not very hopeful....
