Some info is available at http://www.linux-usb.org/usb2.html . Early ones were mostly NEC. Orange Micro sells some. The one I have is SIIG brand, but looks like it's actually Orange Micro. That web page also lists VIA and Phillips. Duh, it just got thru to me that you might mean a Cardbus type PC Card. Is that right? There are some of those also.
