Hi, Trying with 2.4.19 up to 2.4.20-pre10-ac2 it has not been possible on my system to use external disks with the isd300a interface with the ehci-hcd driver. WinME works as expected with high transfer rates 6-8MB/s. Under Linux reading from FAT32 works for a while but typically hangs after 200MB of a 700MB test-file and needs a power-off/on cycle (ext3 !!). Writing and acessing ext2 partitions hangs immediately with ehci while usb-uhci and usb-ohci both work slow but consistently with the same system. ohci and ehci pass through a cardbus bridge (advance) with ohci ok. What is wrong with ehci-hcd and this system? There is no message in /var/log/messages indicating the reason. Debug usb-storage is too verbose and hard to interpret. Greetings Dietrich
