Looks like you missed the FAQ part about "How to report a problem" :-(

Can you at least provide the contents of /proc/bus/usb/devices and 
/proc/bus/usb/drivers? Useful configurations (for the ../devices file, only) 
would be:
1. Just the KVM switch plugged in, no keyboard or mouse
2. KVM + keyboard + mouse
3. KVM + keyboard (no mouse)
4. KVM + mouse (no keyboard)
