Hi,
I am having trouble getting the my USB mouse recognised. I have
checked the various FAQs and the "The Linux USB sub-system" online
book. But still I am stumped. I have an SiS USB Chipset. The correct
controller drivers are being loaded (OHCI) and the log file message
would indicate that the USB subsystem is happy. The hot plug scripts
appear to be operational and I have examined the logs for this guy
as well (with debug=yes) and not much is happening there. I can plug
in and pull out usb devices (not just the mouse) and nothing much seems
to happen. I have tried loading modules by hand, still no luck. What
I find puzzling is that the mouse worked during the installation!
Arg! Any suggestions? Where do I even start to try to debug this?
