I'm trying to do an rh8 install on my laptop. I'm trying to get serial
console going via a belkin f5u103 USB2serial converter. I know standard
serial is possible via:
linux console=ttySn
I've tried recompiling a custom kernel and adding that to the rh8 setup
disk, but i'm not sure if i've got the right options. I've also added the
/dev/ttyUSB0 and 1 devices, but again i'm getting no console output. If
anyone has anything even close to this working please let me know.
