Has anyone had any luck getting the Ultracam II working with Linux? I've
found a few references, but they all seem to be talking about the Ultracam
I. I've been trying the "ultracam" module, from 2.4.9 and 2.4.20, but it
doesn't seem to be working correctly - v4l applications such as GQCam
produce output that is obviously based on the signals from the camera
(i.e., there are visible changes when I wave my hand in front of it), but
is otherwise unrecognisable (and occasionally blank, aside from a few dots
of colour).

Has anyone managed to get better results? I'm using a ThinkPad T21 (the
camera is attached to the UltraPort in the lid), with Red Hat 7.3 (2.4.9
kernel, although I'm flexible on that point).

Thanks,
Rob Hague
