I just purchased a gyration cordless usb mouse and have been trying to install it. usbview shows it just fine, but it doesn't seem to work. The command: cat /dev/input/mice doesn't have any output either.
below is what dmesg returns when I plug in the mouse: hub.c: USB new device connect on bus1/1, assigned device number 5 input0: Gyration GyroPoint RF Technology Receiver on usb1:5.0 usb-uhci.c: interrupt, status 2, frame# 1884 input1,hiddev0: USB HID v1.00 Mouse [Gyration GyroPoint RF Technology Receiver] on usb1:5.1 So it seems to be recognized, but it still doesn't work. Any suggestions?, Jon. ------------------------------------------------------- This sf.net email is sponsored by:ThinkGeek Welcome to geek heaven. http://thinkgeek.com/sf _______________________________________________ [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe, use the last form field at: https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/linux-usb-users
