I have a new CRW5224A U CDRW, and am using RH8.0 on an Intel P3 system. The drive is not recognized by Linux, and I don't know where to start. Is there a tutorial that describes how to troubleshoot a USB CDRW that does not appear in the hardware browser? Are there things I should be checking?
