I am currently running Red Hat 7.2 with the 2.4.20-18 kernel. I have a Iogear Hi-Speed USB 2.0 PCI card (Model: GIC220U) attached to a Maxtor 250GB 5000XT USB hard drive (ext2 file system). After mounting the drive, only root has read/write/execute permissions. How do you allow change the permissions so other users and groups can read and write files to the USB drive? Any help would be appreciated..
