No USB to serial works on a regular RedHat 9 distro ?
Or, if some devices are supported, could you suggest one.

Then I looked at the working devices database.
Some say devices built with the pl2303 chip are working ... some say they aren't...
And it looks similar with many USB to serial
Plus I know the latest kernel with a RedHat 9 is 2.4.20-30 and I haven't seen many things about USB-serial supported by that kernel
That's why I'm asking if somebody has been sucessful with such devices on RH9.
