I looked at your files, and unfortunately you're not using a Genesys device, so the solution won't be very easy. What you have to do now is compile a kernel, preferably 2.6 vintage, with USB debugging and usb-storage debugging configured on. Try running that, and post the debugging system log output you get when trouble strikes.
