Hello all... I'm looking for information on how I can make linux use the USB port as a client to send keyboard commands to another host device. Short version of the story is I'm building a MythTV box and want to send channel numbers via USB to my cable box. I've confirmed with a regular USB keyboard that my cable box will accept a USB HID. Simply entering numbers changes the channel and I'd like to use a simple script to interface MythTV.
Thanks to all in advance! Sorry if this has already been discussed before, but I couldn't find anything via Google and mailing list archives. -Khanh ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by: IBM Linux Tutorials Free Linux tutorial presented by Daniel Robbins, President and CEO of GenToo technologies.
