It is indeed serious.

Can you send the contents of /proc/driver/uhci/0000:00:09.0 after one of 
those messages appears?

Does your mouse stop working only when that message appears in the log or
at other times too?

After that message appears, if you unplug and replug in your mouse, does
it start working again?
