I have a SEITEC USB stick. I found that it should be supported by Linux (on the Internet), and indeed its recognized and I can even mount it, but storing data on it is a problem. Very often the program that writes to the usb stick (cp, for example), copies some files, but stops before hes actually done. The program hangs, and its not busy. No error messages, nothing. I cant even shut down my system appropiately - the shutdown command hangs too (I think because he wants to unmount the usb stick), and I have to press the 'off' button. What to do? Thanks for your help.
