I'm having trouble with a portable MP3 player that is supposed to work, according to <http://www.qbik.ch/usb/devices/showdev.php?id=2484> .
The same error occurs independently on all PCs I've tried it with using intel and via chipsets, and on both kernel versions. Hotplug and coldplug are equally affected. Does anyone have any experience with this kind of trouble?
Actually, usb.c of 2.4.26 and 2.6.6 in debian/sid both complain about it. Please see the following output:
