I see it has four partitions;

Jun 20 13:58:23 komensky kernel:  sda1 sda2 sda3 sda4

do you expect that? In the past when this has been the case (not expected)
for some removaable type storage mounting /dev/sda has been the answer.

Although the earlier errors might be the real problem;

Jun 20 13:58:23 komensky kernel: sda: Unit Not Ready, sense:
Jun 20 13:58:23 komensky kernel: Current 00:00: sns = 70  6
Jun 20 13:58:23 komensky kernel: ASC=28 ASCQ= 0
Jun 20 13:58:23 komensky kernel: Raw sense data:0x70 0x00 0x06 0x00 0x00

and then;

Jun 20 13:58:59 komensky kernel: usb_control/bulk_msg: timeout
Jun 20 13:59:34 komensky last message repeated 5 times
Jun 20 13:59:44 komensky last message repeated 2 times

Jun 20 13:59:59 komensky kernel: SCSI disk error : host 0 channel 0 id 0

Jun 20 13:59:59 komensky kernel:  I/O error: dev 08:01, sector 0
Jun 20 13:59:59 komensky kernel: FAT: unable to read boot sector
