Hi Moshe,
Are you plugging it into a motherboard socket? I know on one of my
machines the cable to the front of the case isn't good enough for USB2 and
I get simpler problems.
You're right!
I tried connecting directly to one of the USB 2.0 ports on the back of the chassis and the USB 2.0 works just fine at high speed (480 Mbs).
Amazing! How could Asus be so foolish?
