Hi *, since I used the kernel 2.4, I didn't have any problem with the camera in subject. With kernel 2.6 (and udev) I'm not able to use my camera. With the latest version of udev, I receive "No medium Found", if I try to mount /dev/sda1.
This is the log, when I plug the device: ******************************************************************* usb 2-1: new full speed USB device using address 16 scsi13 : SCSI emulation for USB Mass Storage devices Vendor: NIKON Model: DSC E2000 Rev: 1.00 Type: Direct-Access ANSI SCSI revision: 02 SCSI device sda: 15745 512-byte hdwr sectors (8 MB) sda: assuming Write Enabled sda: assuming drive cache: write through sda: sda1 Attached scsi removable disk sda at scsi13, channel 0, id 0, lun 0 Attached scsi generic sg0 at scsi13, channel 0, id 0, lun 0, type 0 USB Mass Storage device found at 16 ******************************************************************** Any suggestions? -- Davide Corio [EMAIL PROTECTED] Redomino S.r.l.
