Hi Andrzej, the timeout is normal if the firmware has not yet been loaded. In fact that is how we know the firmware hasn't been loaded! Not finding the firmware is rather strange (yours is the second report I've had about this). The first thing to do is to modify the firmware.agent so you can see whether it is really being called, and what exactly it is doing. There is a system wide timeout by the way, in seconds in /sys/class/firmware/timeout.
