It's easier (and more informative) just to include a copy of the file in 
your email.

No.  Although during the period when gphoto2 is running, the driver should 
show up as "usbfs".

Those are the 2.4 equivalents of uhci-hcd and ohci-hcd.

To get more information, set the "usbfs_snoop=y" parameter for the usbcore
module.  Then post the output from dmesg, showing what happens when you
try to run gphoto2.
