I had a MicroInnovations ps2 mouse which was wireless with its own
receiver.  I had to keep the mouse in close proximity to the receiver.
It worked and had drivers for everything from Win311 to XP.  In linux it
was just a special mouse with two wheels which required a direct edit of
XFree86Config.  Note also that the limited receiving area like a TV
remote.  Beyond a certain angle the receiver does not see the sender.
