Hi all,

I am having trouble using USBDEVFS. I've got 2.6.12 kernel and hotplugging installed. I have a proprietary device whose vendor/product IDs are 0547/1002. These IDs correspond to and invoke a kernel module called "usbtest". So when I try to access my device, I can't do it because "usbtest" has control of it. If I do "# rmmod usbtest" then I can access my device no problem. But my question is, how can I permanently disable this driver from loading when I plug in my device.

Thanks,
Danny
