Probably. The existing document isn't shippable by any vendor as its
non-free:
"This document may not be published, printed or used in excerpts
without explicit permission of the author. "
So some kind of free but usable intro would be useful. The question is whether
what in fact would be better is working tools so the user doesnt thave to read
anything
