The new CPiA driver has the USB driver option in V4L. So, you need to
hit USB (which is after V4L now) before you do V4L to get the CPiA USB
option.

I guess there's no real solution to this.

You could put all the cameras in V4L, the Mass storage in SCSI, USB Audio in
the Sound section and so forth and have USB near the top of the list so that
all of the devices below in appropriate sections have the dependancies to
USB.
