To clarify this. While using usb-uhci: About 20% (maybe less) of the time,
the module fails to work when it is first loaded (reporting the errors I had
described previously). However, it fails to work 100% of the time after
doing an unload/reload. Using uhci.o, it fails to work 100% of the time on
the first load. However, the rest of Matt's comments seem correct.

Geoff's initial report indicated that the unload/reload problem only
occured about 20% of the time. Geoff, are you now saying it occurs all
the time?
