Yes. NT1003 is the master and SAA7111A and FM1216 are the slaves. That's
the 
information from the NT1003 data sheet and I've verified it with a few
code lines 
in wintv_i2c_[read|write].

The CD4052B is a dual 4-channel analog multiplexer/demultiplexer which
is controlled by two
digital input pins. This Pins are connected with IO1 and IO2 (Pin 38+39,
Open Drain) of the NT1003.
The IO Pins are controlled by register 6 (IOPIN_REG). The audio signal
is not coded but send through an Amplifierer (TDA1308) to the line in of
the pc's sound card.
