I am trying to update the user documentation (again). One of the tactics
that I used previously is to count interrupts with mouse clicks. With
pre4-4, I am seeing a huge number of interrupts (around 100Hz).
I remember seeing a mail from Georg that suggested that the rate would
be cut down, but I assume that there will always be some interrupts, no?
So this technique is never going to work reliably?
