OK, I'm starting to understand the USB setup, but I'm not too far along, so
please forgive and correct any stupid statements I make
It looks like when the usb_hub_thread starts up, it runs hub_probe to do
detection of itself, if I understand.
After the kernel is in full swing, hub_irq is called which then detects the
pegasus device and kicks in it's driver.
Is there a reason why the root hub would not do detection of connected
devices at the same time it detects itself? Something down towards the end
of alloc_uhci perhaps?
Please slap me around if I'm on the wrong track here.
