[linux-usb] a question in hub.c

Hi,

I am looking at hub.c and feel confused about ont spot.

In function hub_irq there is a line 

if (waitqueue_active(&khubd_wait)) { ...}

But I can not see where the queue is operated anywhere.

Can anyone give me some hint about it?
