A USB in pipe, means that data comes from the device to the host, so you
can't send data to the device on this pipe. What endpoint does IBM tell
you to send the data on?

I know you sent the dump from usbview, and that the only non control
endpoints were in endpoints, so you might have to send data to the device
by using the control endpoint. Have you tried this?
