If you're still experiencing USB IRQ problems with 2.3.99-pre7 (which should
contain a new version of my PCI IRQ routing code), please let me know and
send me the following information:

   (1) Bootup messages printed if you change `#undef DEBUG' to `#define DEBUG'
       in arch/i386/kernel/pci-i386.h.

   (2) Output of `lspci -vvx'.

   (3) Whether you use a SMP kernel or not.

Also, it's a good idea to ensure that you didn't enable the `APIC and
IO-APIC support on uniprocessors' option.
