Hello,
I just finished the first version of a working driver for the USB
version of the Wacom Graphire. Features:
- All tools work as expected
- XInput (GIMP etc) works
What doesn't work:
- The driver generates lots of events because there is almost
no anti-jitter code (dropping very small movements).
- I did not yet try to enable any tool as Core Pointer.
- Cannot compile with Xfree86 4.0, only with XFree86 3.3.5 (and
probably also .6).
The driver is based on the work of Frederic Lepied (original
author), Matsumura Namihiko the kind input of Brion Vibber and
Daniel Schmitt.
And now what you all have been waiting for: You can download
it from
ftp://ftp.aros.org/pub/
There is a wacom-<date>.README and .tar.gz. Since the driver can
do all I need, I cannot gurantee that I'll put more effort in
it but I'll include all patches you send me :-)
