some observations:
you made your header frame a little too small the bottom part of the text
falls off. the weird thing is: no scrollbar. (maybe the frame is just too
small...(using netscape on solaris)
In the version i made, i put the title on <center>ed...
I like your usb.org logo better ;-)
The penguin I attached looks the same.
You used gimp to size your penguin!
... and forgot to turn on anti-aliasing.
For anti-aliasing to work, you should turn it on ;), switch the image to RGB,
scale and then switch back to indexed (otherwise you cannot save as .gif).
I figured this all out when creating my own page for the speedtouch driver...
