It is from Alan's change logs. I'm very grateful he's provided these with
the kernels he releases even when it means some more work. I would even
be glad if everyone provided the more verbose GNU style ChangeLog entries
with their patches (this is what Jeff Garzik proposed on l-k) so that Alan
could simply cat them together.
