I have a hub here which caused me no end of problems. It started acting
weird when asked fr nonexistant descriptors. Not crash, but weird. I'll
see if I can find it and test again with it. I haven't used it in a
while since it was not helping me troubleshoot some other problems I was
seeing.

Token passing? Did I miss a post from you?
