Translate to OHCI, and it's a "Unrecoverable Error" (UE)
interrupt. Current handling of this case is to disable
everything possible related to this USB controller, since
it's dead in the water anyway in a way that should get at
least some human attention. (rmmod/modprobe restarts.)
Should all HCDs stop dead in such cases? That's safer than
continuing into an all but certain error, I'd think.
