<To paraphrase John Fremlin (THE AUTHOR!), but mostly quote..>
<note my paraphrasing could introduce errors of intent.. >
This program can communicate with a
generic USB devices using libusb.
At the moment it only supports bulk
transfers. It can use the output from
[sniffusb version 0.1] to control a
USB device.
This only proves you can to control the
device the same way MS-Windows does, so
it's not awfully useful for anything
except proving that the device will work
the same way under libusb.
+------------------------------------------------+
Note: it also provides a generic shell interface
so you can, for example, create a simple PERL
based usb controller.

It's about 40k, and Pavel M. has created an extended
patch graciously posted to this mailing list.
