I have an IOGEAR G-CS102U 2-port all-usb kvm switch (Iogear and ATEN are
the
same company now -- one acquired the other). Am trying to use it with a
mac G4 and
a linux box, with poor results. The mouse is frequently (50%) lost on
switching from one computer to the other. The keyboard is also lost
freqently. Sometimes the mouse
wakes up after 5 to 10 secs, sometimes not.
Have the 2.2.16 kernel with
with latest usb backport (as of about 6/25/00).
Is it likely to be a hardware problem with the switch? with software?
