Sorry about that, but you need to enable CONFIG_USB_DEBUG too.
Can you rebuild the kernel and send out the dmesg again?

I've managed to compile a 3.2.19 kernel with (I believe) 
CONFIG_USB_XHCI_HCD_DEBUGGING enabled.
