This is a USB issue. Your logs show merely disconnect with a subsequent reenummeration. Switch on dynamic debugging for XHCI at least. There is nothing useful in the logs to go on otherwise. At a hunch try whether "usbcore.autosuspend=-1" on the kernel command line helps.
