I've cherry picked this patch and applied on top of today's Linus tree (commit 878a876b2e10888afe53766dcca33f723ae20edc). It fixed all obvious errors, I could see my USB devices again, but all of them were behaving slow. My mouse was choppy and it took about a minute for my KDE to notice USB memory (usb-storage was eating whole CPU meanwhile). Luckily applying Revert "xhci: replace xhci_read_64() with readq()" fixed the slowness problem. It seems now everything's working OK again.
