This is the third iteration for the dummy_hcd fixes. These patches fix the problems I encountered while trying to use dummy_hcd for testing mainly the storage gadgets, but can also benefit the other devices.
The most important change is the porting of dummy_hcd to hrtimers which improves the faithfulness of the emulation (and also brings the performance for storage to acceptable levels for testing storage gadgets).
