by moving trace_dwc3_ep_queue() from dwc3_gadget_ep_queue()
to __dwc3_gadget_ep_queue() after usb_request is properly
initialized, makes for a better output always showing a
request with 0 actual and -115 (-EINPROGRESS) status.
