Oops, not so fast. It worked in loopback, but it didn't interoperate
with my pl2303. Sending anything from the ch341 arrives at the pl2303
as 0x00, sending anything from the pl2303 arrives at the ch341 as 0xff.
Again, this is with GNU screen, started as: "screen /dev/ttyUSB${n}
115200" where ${n} is 0 or 1, depending on the tty. Though, I seem to
get the same behavior with minicom.
